TEN is a three-year project with the aim of promoting and encouraging entrepreneurs and businesses to develop new cross-border commercial initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for Medway's small businesses to establish new markets in northern France and Belgium to assist their commercial growth. Part of the support TEN provides to it's members is training through workshops and seminar's.

Surfmarketing were more than happy to provide a half day session, offering our views on Digital Marketing, how things have changed and what the key elements are to successful marketing in the current age. During the presentation, various participation excercises where carried out which got the group thinking about why their customers are drawn to them, what they can change to be more attractive to potential clients and how to effectively promote them as the product and not what they are selling, Or as we put it.......

Whether it be Networking in person or online, you have to be who you say you are, you have to offer your expertise where needed and be prepared to give away some of your knowledge. Successful networking is all about being an expert in what you do and being approachable to assist.
